Sanctum of Domination is the new raid coming to the game with WoW Patch 9.1: Chains of Domination. Awaiting you in the Dungeon Master's Sanctum are all sorts of monsters like the vicious Colossus Tarragrue and baddies like the remains of the soul of Ner'zhul, the first Lich King in World of Warcraft. The highlight of the new raid, however, is the final battle against the Banshee Queen Sylvanas Windrunner, who helps the Dungeon Master enter the Judge's Chamber in Oribos.
WoW: Heroic deed for Sylvanas' bow and the weapon can be upgraded (2) Source: wowhead Those who bring the Banhsee Queen to her knees can look forward to cool loot with unique effects at the end. With a little luck, all hunters in the raid can capture the legendary Bow of Sylvanas. Recently, the weapon even got its own name: Rae'shalare, Death's Whisper. Now there's more news about the legendary bow! Hunters will get a feat with Sylvanas' weapon - Wielder of Rae'shalare, Death's Whisper. In addition, according to Dungeon Journal, huntsmen can now capture the bow in LFR mode at item level 220. The weapon can then be further upgraded to the maximum item level of 259.
All you need are the epic shards Wraithwisp Sinew (upgrades the bow to item level 246) and Ethereal Fletching (upgrades the bow to item level 259). The item for upgrading from LFR to normal difficulty mode is currently missing. It is possible that the LFR bow is just a placeholder and will be removed soon. Raid Legendaries like Aman'thul's Vision (from Argus, the Disruptor) have not been available in LFR mode in the past, after all.
The upgrade items are meant to prevent frustration and ensure that hunters don't have to farm the bow multiple times. So if you got lucky in normal mode, you can relax and upgrade your legendary weapon afterwards on Heroic and Mythic difficulty. Although the shards are not currently listed in the dungeon journal, they will definitely drop on the final boss Sylvanas Windrunner. It is still unknown what the loot chance of Wraithwisp Sinew and Ethereal Fletching is. Of course, it would be beneficial if the shards become guaranteed loot for players who already own Rae'shalare.Support buffed - it'll only take a minute. Thanks!
